Booking Confirmation

All confirmation is generally confirmed within 1-2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

Deposit requires

Customers only deposit of 30% of the total payment and the balance will be settled upon arrival in cash. Some special cases, customers are required to make full payment when all the services are required to be full paid in advance or urgent bookings.

Please take some notes when making payment by bank transfer to our account:

Please always have your names on the transfer sheet when you make the transfer.
After you have made the transfer, please send us a copy of bank receipt to follow with our bank. When the remittent reach our account, we will start to lock in services. The normal process for the remittent to reach our account is about 2 to 3 working days.

Cash payment

In case you would like to pay Viet Unique Golf by cash, this should be made direct to our sales consultant. We will then give you a receipt under name Viet Unique Golf with our stamp, signature and Viet Unique Golf logo on it.

Cancellation Policy

Viet Unique Tours must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows

Before 40 days: free of charge
Between 30 – 39 days: 70% of total cost
Between 15 – 29 days: 30% of total cost
Between 14-7 days: 50% of total cost
Less than 7 days: 100% full charged
